If you can do that, you’ll soon see some rewards in the form of Twitter followers.

Don’t set yourself up for failure. Create a solid marketing plan that is based on what your company’s situation truly is, not what you want it to be. Strike a balance between too much communication with your tweets and not enough. Let your clients know you care about them and appreciate their business, but that you respect their time and privacy and you don’t intend to infringe on either.
